* added support for “enableLazyLoad” to prop to ad config prop type validation
* added method “getLazyLoadConfig” to class Advertising, providing access to it through the advertising context
* updated copyright year on LICENSE and README.md
* updated link to demo sandbox in README.md
* removed obsolete dependency react-test-renderer
* refactored AdvertisingSlot into functional component
* added lazy loading functionality to AdvertisingSlot component
