Don't include #line directives in code generated by Ragel

The filenames can mess up gdb; better to just use the generated
filename and line number.  Unfortunately, passing -L to ragel just
comments the directives out, it doesn't actually remove them, so
the path I usually build from on my computers will still be present
in the generated code, though it shouldn't hurt anything.
