feat+refactor(mixins.list): add list mixin for resource wrappers

1. Shared the list method with posts by placing it into a generic list
mixin. This is pretty much the same pattern is how djangorestframework
handles generic crud operations.
2. Also moved `_get_resource_slug` into `Resource` and made it a bit
more generic as to avoid weird resource specific wrappers.
3. Added a post resource which can be accessed via `client.posts.*`
4. Along with a PostIterable so it the list view can iterate over post
items.
