Quarantine state (#351)

* clean up incremental rendering timeout if a component is unmounted before it is rendered (fixes memleak and warnings)
* fix quarantine state handling, which resurrected a number of tests
* webpack cleanup and lint
* fix longstanding bug where `ASTNode` hashing ignored comments. This would cause nodes to falsely claim to be identical, resulting in CMB not rendering a node that was replaced by an identical one with a different comment.
* add regression tests for hashing nodes with comments
