refactor(all): convert to an async api

Everything internal is now async except two issues.

1. lib/utils/app#getYoPath is using find-up's sync because the async
 method is causing timeouts. No idea why.
1. lib/utils/module#findFile is using fs.existsSync because it should
 be investigated by achieving the result with other means. fs.exists is
 being depracted. Either look into use path-exist or try opening the file.
