api.go: code refactor and new methods

Refactored all Send*Bytes*() methods as wrappers for sendFileBytes() and added new methods and relative tests:
- SendDocumentWithKeyboard()
- SendDocumentWithKeyboardBytes()
- SendVideoWithKeyboard()
- SendVideoWithKeyboardBytes()
- SendVideoNoteWithKeyboard()
- SendVideoNoteWithKeyboardBytes()
- SendVoiceWithKeyboard()
- SendVoiceWithKeyboardBytes()
- SendAnimationWithKeyboard()
- SendAnimationWithKeyboardBytes()
