more bf -> pn changes, upload replace now works as well

had to change the test dataset because the previous one is too old to
support checksumming, which is something to note for other datasets,
however we can now validate checksums of files uploaded immediately

have to use the agent and force it to display progress in order to get
it to block until, for some reason it doesn't return the info about
what remote package corresponds to the local file so we have to grab
it from the packages endpoint
