Changing to "!=" with literal avoids SyntaxWarning (#131)

Previously the following warning was raised when importing striplog:
`component.py:229: SyntaxWarning: "is not" with a literal.
Did you mean "!="?`

This change simply follows the suggested fix to avoid that warning.
