Refator aiff

Aiff module has gone through some simplification for
decoding, which is now faster than the previous
implementation. It's now mostly functions, but the
related chunks module needs to be refactored and
cleaned up. There are some code in aiff/mod.rs that
should be moved to aiff/chunks.rs.

Some comments were added about the eventual removal
of the Container and Chunk traits, and the
SampleOrder enum. Some unneccessary benchmarks were
deleted, since they didn't compile or didn't really
test the library.
