first pass at the curation workflow viewer/manager

the design captures most of the workflow nuances that we worked out
last weekend, and it should be much more accessible for the curators
than trying to fight with the cli, there are a couple of deps that
need to be forked and updated, but otherwise it is nearly good to go
the only major missing feature is filtering and searching the datasets
using the text box and to move the export to a subprocess and flag the
dataset as in process
