Refactor Link class into Route, which makes it possible to override individual methods; and add a Meta.route_decorators option.

Routes now correspond to one link in the resource schema.

Meta.route_decorators may contain a dictionary of {relation: decorator} pairs for adding decorators to individual routes.

Breaking changes:

- Route and Link class have been merged into Route, with various internal changes
- Routes in the Resource.routes dictionary are no longer tracked by Route.attribute but by Route.relation
- The way default relation (“rel” strings) are generated has changed
