BlackfynnId cleanup, some work on local validation etc.

also start of work to handle iso8601 duration parsing for units and
types, it is not completely correct yet

PathL and CacheL feel like the wrong approach to the problem, ideally
the remote for a given path should be determined from the metadata
not from python class that is being used, of course this means that
we have to be parsing the metadata to determine the remote, which
I think we can do in the case of xattrs and regular paths, which
I think is all that matters?
