BUGFIX: The InterpolationManager select_coordinates now reconstructs selected coordinates index correctly. Also corrects the nearest_preview select_coordinates tests. The NearestPreview select_coordinates is changed (reverted?) in order to pass tests, but some untested cases may no longer work correctly, so this needs more attention.
