Auto merge of #24 - killercup:feature/fetch-latest-version, r=killercup

Fetch Latest Version Number from Crates.io!

This introduces two new dependencies, _curl_ and _quick-error_. I'm using _curl_ (and not _hyper_) because I initially wanted to use the [_crates-io_](https://crates.io/crates/crates-io) crate. Sadly, it does not expose the get/req methods.

This fixes #12.
