Disable the default features on a dev-dependency: async-std

Moka has a dev-dependency on async-std to test its async aware module.
async-std's async-io feature depends on socket2 crate but socket2 no longer
build with Moka's MSRV 1.45.2. To avoid the compile error, disable the
default features of async-std, which includes async-io feature.
