Don't overrun buffers when built with ASAN

Some of the API tests deliberately feed in length values that are
beyond the sizes of the memory areas fed in.

These tests obviously trigger problems when running tests under
AddressSanitizer, so use the LIBXML_ASAN_BUILD macro to disable them.
