Commit Message

Create NewGoWorker

This commit deprecates NewParallelWorker, replacing it with a new
NewGoWorker constructor and corresponding implementation.  The new Worker
implementation is vastly simpler than the original parallel Worker
implementation, and should eliminate the bottlenecks present in the
original parallel Worker.
