Fixing problems with Proxy Snippet

 - 1) Proxy snippet was out of context when used directly through the
   '._proxyMiddleware'. Added a new api 'getProxyMiddleware' to get the
   function on its correct context;

 - 2) Proxy snippet was attempting to proxy all requests, even if not
   configured.
