Improve components implementation (#212)

* Lots of minor changes

Mostly around docs, components interop with the core package, fixing
devtools a bit further, etc.

* Update docs move components tests to integration

* Update docs to remove render-to-string referenceS

* Add more docs, make static-sync private

* Start typing components

* Another pass for reliability for components

* Success at merging in WebComponent!

* Add more web component code

* Ensure component works outside of DOM

* Do not use empty obj for default opts

* Change some wording on website

* Save point

* Fixes to Component for tests and HoC

This greatly improves the Component rendering logic with new tests and
better usage of the InstanceCache/ComponentTreeCache to determine which
component to render and what the hierarchy is.

All component tests are passing now.

* Remove diffhtml-components from diffhtml unit tests

* Updates to get all tests passing

- Update website (full build artifacts)
- Fix issues with new reconcilation changes for outerHTML

* Ensure all nodes are used when multiple
