Rename a few functions.

+ `avsc.parse` to `avsc.createType` (more explicit).
+ `avsc.decodeFile` to `avsc.createFileDecoder` (more in line with core
  node.js names esp. w.r.t. stream factory methods, also add support for
  decoding raw files).
+ `avsc.getHeader` to `avsc.extractHeader` (conveying the cost of the
  operation).
