* Testing handler ResponseOk and ResponseError accepting an optional matcher

Replaced the optional string input with a more generic GomegaMatcher in order to provide more flexibility to the end-user on more complex case scenarios

* Support for both string and Gomega Matcher in testing response

- okMatcher and errMatcher turned into optional interface{} type accepting either a string or a g.OmegaMatcher
- reverted changes in all test files
- fix for go >= 1.15 int to string conversion error by using rune (see https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/issues/7706 for more details)

* Added default case panic and support for error type in ResponseError
