Add support for bound parameters to `FilterMap`

`FilterMap` now detects and extract path bound parameters and make them
available as regular requests parameters.

With this change, it is now possible to define filters that depend on
a subset of the path parameters and apply them to a group of routes by
prefix.

Closes #78
