Commit Message

Adds new features to GraphQL

- Supports the ui/altair interface for running GraphQL queries
-- This allows you to pass the accessToken if needed
-- Also provides more features, the older UI is still available
- Adds querying of continents
- Adds access token handling and validation
- Adds proper handling of GraphQL errors
-- The template from which this was based had a bug (it is fixed)
- All fields are now in Query, rightfully so
- The old CountryQuery is now deleted
- Comments added with links to standard
