Commit Message

Add abortWithStatus to SPDYStream.

This will allow finer-grained control of when a RST_STREAM is sent. In
particular, we need the ability for the SPDYStream itself to better
control that action. So this is a refactor of how a stream is canceled,
closed, and aborted.
