Workaround for buggy Net::Ifconfig::Wrapper

Bug affects ability of Net::Address::Ethernet to grab MAC address on
Travis CI nodes. Workaround involves allowing user to specify their
own id bytes in _machine_ident, which is necessary to make tests stop
falling on their arse.
