Add TitusJobRequestAdapter interface

Allows a spot to plugin additional logic for specific Titus job request needs (e.g. signing of requests). This is an initial implementation/idea and is likely subject to change as we move forward but it can get some of the migration unblocked internally.

Makes TitusBatchJobRequest completely mutable in order to enable the adapter to be able to act on any element.
