Allow for parameter scenarios without including default values (#536)

* Cover case where user does not import data before running calculations

* Alter sync method to allow sync with df without default column

* Change signal and add logic to ask user if we want to include a 'default' column when it is not present in the parameter scenarios file.

* Add error handling for when a scenario file is loaded in a project without parameters, as this can break stuff.
