Commit Message

Added CachingMappingResult
This replaces the MappingResult with a cached version (used by default). The cached version will lazily handle mapping, but subsequent mapping iterations will used the cached result rather than re-mapping data.
Other improvements are support for indexing and len so result can behave more list like
