Merge branch 'master' into trigger_cleanup

* master:
  Fix lint.
  Update changelog.
  Add tests for CLI auth token caching.
  Grace period should be subtracted, not added.
  Instruct user to delete cached token file if it's corrupted.
  If "--debug" flag is pased to the CLI, also set log level for all the loggers to DEBUG.
  Add some logging to CLI token cache related methods.
  Implement per user token cache in the CLI.
  Re-generate runner parameters files.
  Use better argument name so it doesn't confuses the lint.
  Add a test case for it.
  Throw a more friendly exception is user passes in something which looks like a path for the "private_key" parameter.
  Clarify that this needs to be actual privat key data and not path.
