Update upgrade-db.php

Updated the deletion sequence of cache folder and truncating of the cache table as follows, this is to prevent the script from waiting for files in-use by Spotweb to become free and preventing new writes in the folder which could leave orphaned files behind in the cache folder.

1. Rename to cache2. 
2. Truncate cache table .
3. Remove cache2 folder.
