Email enhancement (#647)

* Created customized PasswordResetView based on Django's built in view to match the MFA email method. Addresses Issue #621.
Email configuration now uses DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL as 'foo@bar.com' and EMAIL_FROM as the nickname (i.e. 'Foo Bar').
