- [BC] `document_dir` configuration is replaced by `entity_locations`.
  There is no longer a default location for the entity files and no longer available bundles will be scanned. Document locations and namespaces need to be explicitly defined in `entity_locations'.
- [BC] Removed DocumentLocator methods: setDocumentDir, getDocumentDir, getShortClassName
- [BC] Removed DocumentMetadata::getShortClassName()
