Lots of improvements:
Massive refactoring;
Added package 'agent' to decouple it from cli (it wasn't right that way);
Changed the command to start the agent: now it is 'agent [-l debug level] start';
Added package 'container' to improve the interface to Docker;
Agent configuration now is well structured;
Updated etcd discovery interface since the old library was deprecated;
Updated the documentation;
As far as I remember this should be all...
