[TASK] Switched results cache implementation

Switched the data layer for caching results of processed media files
from sqlalchemy to tinydb.

sqlalchemy provides tons of capabilities, it was simply too much for
the needs.

22 of 22 new or added lines in 4 files covered. (100.0%)
