Merge branch 'master' into trigger_cleanup

* master: (30 commits)
  preserve privileges on copy
  Make sure all the scripts under st2common/bin are installed into /usr/bin.
  Add missing "st2-apply-rbac-definitions" script entry to st2common setup.py.
  Update affected tests.
  Add "silence_ssl_warnings" CLI config option and default it to False.
  fix permissions for examples
  Switch packs to 775
  Run st2ctl reload as sudo
  Skip chmod of examples
