Commit Message

Added functionality to send icons via Excel2map to the server.
Place the desired icon in the 'images' folder at the same location as your excel-file.
Define the name in the 'iconUri' parameter of the Excel template, e.g. 'images/gemeente.png'.
Upon uploading, Excel will convert the icon to base64, send it to the server, where it will be decoded and saved to a file.
