Disable Yargs parse-positional-numbers

If the arguments should be treated as numbers, I'd prefer the conversion
be explicit.  In most cases, I want number-like strings (e.g. commit
hash, odd filename, etc.) to be treated as strings to avoid losing
leading zeros or other unexpected conversions (e.g. hex to decimal).
