naksatra calculation has a precision of minutes - enabling the implementation of multiple-naksatra days on the calendar

Merge branch 'feature-multiple-naksatras'

* feature-multiple-naksatras:
  added precision of up to hours and minutes in the day (especially for the nakshatra calculations)
  merged master into feature-multiple-naksatras
  minor tweaks into the webstorm project folder
  has a test that proves we can get multiple naksatras
