Adds new components and modifies existing ones

- Adds a Date (and Time) Field
-- The field only displays data currently
-- The field uses DisplayDate when displaying a date
-- A date/time picker will be added to it and it will be tested
- An email field was added
-- The field only displays data currently
-- A mail-to link is displayed
- The MarkDownField was modified
-- The field now can hide the input portion and preview heading
-- A border was also added around the preview section
- The TextField now supports the ReadOnly property
- Job Application screen was modified to use changed components
