Merge branch 'release-1.1.4'

* release-1.1.4:
  Bumping version to 1.1.4
  Bump version in CHANGELOG
  Lock jmespath to 0.7.1-1.0.0
  Document all 8 upload_file() and download_file() methods
  upload_file() and download_file() for Bucket and Object
  Build proper waiter names
  Fix paginator names in functional test
  Fix Waiter names in unit test
  Fixed documentation bug causing a failure to identify methods which return collections.
  Clean up a temp file remaining after test.
  Add a comment about the identifier getter
  Fix documentation to remove indefinite article in front of names of resources.  Tests also updated.
  Update CHANGELOG
  Make resource identifiers immutable
  Use consistent reads in integ tests
  Fixed a typo in the docs and modified the processing messages guide to account for message_attributes.get('Author') returning a dictionary.
