* release-1.2.5:
  Bumping version to 1.2.5
  Update Cognito API
  Allow you to specify an override region
  Allow users to specify specific services to smoke test
  Lock jmespath version to 0.7.1-1.0.0
  Disable signing for 3 more public apis
  Account for Output not in response
  Don't remove lazy component from deferred until success
  Added validation to ensure that services are only loaded if the service name passed in conforms to the case exposed by the model.
  Passes integration tests
  Add resource leak test for paginators
  Update paginator class name to CamelCase
  Add docsting to paginate method of paginators
  Tolerate missing code or message in error response
