* background color for events body

* move Header component out of discover/styles.jsx for usage sitewide

* standardize surface gray

* resolve import hell created from fabulous rebase

* remove leftover import from fabulous rebase

* remove uncessary styled import

* hacky but applicable fixes for issue tab views

* use pageHeading on new releases tab

* fix duplicate padding with events page
