Switching to unsafe_load for loading Remotes

- Remotes should not be loaded from unsafe sources anyway just the
  ~/.owmeta/remotes and .owm/remotes directories, so this does not
  really change anything from a security perspective

  Motivated by pyyaml changing behavior of full_load

- Also fixing a couple other minor issues
