Add mock module for ReadTheDocs

I couldn't figure out how to make ReadTheDocs install the PyCrypto
dependency correctly, so for now I'm mocking the used modules with a
useless null object. Since ReadTheDocs uses the code only to run Sphinx,
which only reads the docstrings, this shouldn't cause any trouble.
