Add HTTP client object interface

The ag_http_client object interface is now in place with the following
non-inherited functions:
  - ag_http_client_ip()
  - ag_http_client_port()
  - ag_http_client_host()
  - ag_http_client_agent()
  - ag_http_client_referer()

The relevant test cases have been added, and documentation has been
further improved.

This commit has been rebased from the issue/69/http-client branch.
