* VDDK: work with block devices better (BZ 1913756).

Do not call ftruncate on block devices, and change ftruncate to zero
range with fallocate. Also add tests to check VDDK with block devices.

* VDDK: try to punch holes in block device volumes.

Also pass the destination type directly to createVddkDataSource instead
of trying to guess, and restore ftruncate only when expanding a file
destination past its current size.
