[13.0] [FIX] account_multic_fix: To avoid problems when change the journal with Fpos.

We call the onchange partner method before we call the onchange product because this way the taxes are mapped correctly if the "fiscal position" is changed by the journal.
Otherwise the taxes won't mapped correctly after the changes of the journal.
