Commit Message

The ApiManager used its name property for naming the layer and key channels and URL endpoints, e.g. cs/layers and cs/keys. As this usage is more like a namespace, I've renamed it to namespace. I needed this so two or more servers can more easily share information by exposing the same channels.

Next, I've added the name property back again, so we can use it to identity the current server instance.
