JSONOutputVisitor should not return `None` as translated value

`None` is handled as `IDLE` by the visitor and means the old value
`NullValueNode` is kept intact, not being replaced with the `None`
value.

Then use a placeholder `Null` class, all it does is to declare
`__repr__()` as `None`, then the generated code is correct.
