BUG: Fix version ordering on docs

Non-release candidates are below release-candidates. E.g:

1.0.0-rc.1
1.0.0-rc.2
...
1.0.0

This commit fixes that and shows them in the following way (as it should):

1.0.0
1.0.0-rc.24
1.0.0-rc.23
...

BUG: Fix wrong latest version on docs

The previous bug caused this to fail because we used the first sorted version
as the latest version.

To fix that, use the given version instead.
